Sunflower competition in Products

In connection with a virtual kick-off event in January, around 400 Products employees received a bag of sunflower seeds. The seeds served as a reminder to focus on growth as part of the strategy in Products, and a competition was launched to see who could grow their “seed of innovation” the most. This fall, many of the sunflowers had grown to a height of more than 3 metres with the competition winner reaching approximately 3.7 metres!
